How much does it cost to become a Just Landlords affiliate ?
It is free to become a Just Landlords affiliate, all we ask is that you adhere to our affiliate programme terms and conditions

When do I get paid following a sale ?
You will be paid any commission due 30 days after the sale – so as to make the transaction simple we will make one payment to you each month on a predetermined date for all commission due

How will I get paid ?
All commission payments will be made to your UK bank account by way of a BACS transfer, unless we have agreed a different payment method with you.

Do I have to generate a minimum amount of commission each month ?
No you do not need to produce a minimum amount of commission each month however, in the unlikely event that any amount due to you in less than £10 in any given month then the amount will be rolled over to the next month.

How do I get to see what sales I have made ?
Once your application has been approved we will provide you with log in details, so you can access your affiliates page and see how much traffic has been sent to our site and how many sales you have generated.

How do you track the traffic from my site ?
The URL in the banner we supply you with contains a unique tag which enables us to track quotes and sales made via your website.

How do I become a Just Landlords affiliate ?
It’s quite a quick and simple process. Complete the online application and you should be approved usually within 48 hours, we will then make contact with you to go through the process.

Do I have to be approved by the FSA (Financial Services Authority) ?
No you do not need to become FSA approved as we are only asking you to introduce customers to us and not to provide them with any advise about our products or services.
