Just Landlords Affiliate Programme - Terms and Conditions

Please ensure that you can and are willing to comply with these terms and conditions before you apply to become an affiliate as they apply at all times.

Any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms and conditions will in the first instance be given a warning, failure to comply after this will result in the affiliate being removed from the programme and any commission due from these sales will not be paid.

Terms and Conditions

You must:

• Comply with these terms and conditions at all times
• Not use adware or spyware
• Not "cloak" the Just Landlords site or make any customers believe your site is the official Just Landlords website
• Only use the banners and text made available to you
• Not hard code any of the Just Landlords banners provided, as we must comply with the rules and regulations of the FSA
• Not bid on our brand names such as Just Landlords or Landlords Insurance
• Not use our brand names in your keyword list, ad text or visible URL
• Not buy any domain name that could be confused with ours
• Only use a website which is aimed at UK customers only
• Not become an affiliate just to receive a commission on a product you wish to purchase
• Inform us immediately should you become a customer of Just Landlords

We will:

• Pay you the commission due for any sale 30 days after the sale
• Not pay commission on any sale that cancels within the "Cooling Off Period"
• Pay commission by way of a BACS transfer into your UK bank account, unless agreed differently by us with you
• Not be liable for any tax due to be paid for the commission you earn as an affiliate
• Not pay commission on the Insurance Premium Tax applicable to the sales, IPT is payable at a rate 5%
• Keep you up to date with new products and opportunities within our group
