Our policies provide wide cover such as theft and malicious damage caused by tenants. Therefore, should a claim occur for this cover, then you can rest assured that your landlord will not only have their property reinstated, they will also have their loss of rental income paid for the period necessary for the property to be repaired. This is turn protects your management fee as the rent has been paid in full and the normal monthly management fee can still be paid by the landlord to you. This is a cover that is not usually provided for by other companies.
