The prompt payment and collection of rent is one of the most important factors when renting a property. All landlords will be relying on the rental payments due from their tenants and any delays or defaults can lead to financial issues.

As a letting agent you will also appreciate that if the tenant fails to pay the rent then you will not be able to collect your management fee.

Our policy is very unique in that we do not have a specific period of time in which we pay the rent arrears, therefore, should it take 4 months or 14 months to gain vacant possession of the property then we will pay the rent arrears for the whole period of the default. You may well find that other companies will only pay rent arrears for a specific period of time such as six months and in most cases this is capped to quite a low maximum amount.

Another unique area of our cover is that we do not charge an excess so the rent is paid from when the default first occurs. We have found that most other companies deduct a one month excess thus limiting the amount of cover even further.
