We’ve made a change to the way we accept payments

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our customer service and streamline our processes, with effect from 1st September 2025, we are making a significant change to our payment methods by no longer accepting cheques.
Our decision is driven by our commitment to improving customer outcomes, including facilitating faster refunds, among other benefits. Furthermore, by transitioning away from cheques, we aim to provide a more efficient and seamless experience.
New policies
We can offer the following payment options for new policies:
- You can visit our Make a Payment page to make a payment by credit card or debit card.
- You can visit our Direct Debit page to read the terms and conditions and to proceed to pay by Direct Debit.
- You can contact us to arrange a BACS payment over the phone or by email.
Visit our Renew a Policy page to manage the renewal of an existing insurance policy with Just Landlords.
