How to Make a Claim

Of course we hope that you will not have any incidents, accidents or misfortune, but if you do, you are going to need to make a claim. Please contact our claims department as soon as possible so we can deal with your loss as quickly as possible. For your convenience this can be done by telephone, fax, email or online.

Our aim is always to deal with your claim as quickly and as efficiently as possible. You can be assured that we will be doing everything possible to get your property back to its original condition as quickly as possible.

For added ease and convenience you can complete a claim form online by clicking here or if you wish you can download a claim form for completion at a later time by clicking here.

Once you have completed the claim form it will need to be returned to us in full along with at least two separate estimates or quotations for the damage or items you are claiming for. Online claim forms will already have been received by us instantly.

If the claim is for a high amount we may need to arrange an inspection of your property. This will be carried out by an independent loss adjuster at our expense and will be arranged straight away for you.

You should remember that claims for loss, theft or any malicious acts must be reported to the police within 24 hours of the date you became aware of the incident. You should then obtain a crime reference number.

In all instances the fully completed claim form must be received by us within 90 days of the date of occurrence.
