In Addition to Landlord Insurance we also provide a comprehensive and affordable Rent Guarantee Policy which provides cover up to £50,000 per incident. Cover can be arranged for 6 months or 12 months and our annual premium starts at just £55 plus insurance premium tax.


We also provide cover for Tenants Contents, this product is a very affordable way for your tenants to cover their personal belongings and the contents of the landlord. Cover can be arranged from as little as £2,500 or as high as £30,000 with annual premiums starting at just £51.26.
